Why We Love Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis From 'Unsellable Houses'

The twins are some of the best real estate agents in the Pacific Northwest, but what else is there to know about Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis? We have all the details.

April 11, 2022

There’s a special spark between HGTV twins Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis. If you’ve ever seen them in action, you’ll agree: The connection they share is deep *and* tear-jerkingly heartwarming. They first graced our screens in 2019 on Unsellable Houses. Unsurprisingly, watching them help homeowners renovate and stage homes stuck on the market proved to be so addicting, HGTV renewed them for a second season and now a third. They’ve also competed on Rock the Block season 3 and will appear in Erin and Ben Napier’s Home Town spin-off Home Town Kickstart.

But what else is there to know about these two? We have all the details.

Lyndsay Got Into Real Estate First

And she loved it! But when her son became ill in 2013, Lyndsay became all-consumed with caring for him. Leslie knew Lyndsay would want a business to come back to when she was ready, so Leslie stepped up, got her license and took over. Now, they're a powerhouse team — one of the best in the Pacific Northwest. And though they're twins, their approach to business is drastically different: Lyndsay’s the design expert and staging guru, while Leslie's a skilled negotiator (and a budget queen). But, of course, real estate isn't all they do.

They Own a Company Together

It’s called Lamb and Co., and you can shop their home products online or visit the storefront in Snohomish, Washington. “Growing up it had always been a dream of ours to have a store right on 1st Street, and now we not only have our amazing real estate business but our storefront too,” they wrote in their blog. Even better: They have a warehouse full of staging accessories for anyone looking to list their home (and sell it fast!).

They Live In the Town They Grew Up In

Snohomish, Washington, that is. It’s a charming town about about 40 minutes northeast of Seattle with a population of about 9,000. The twins went to high school in Snohomish (both married their high school sweethearts) and are now raising kids there, too. Their favorite spots in town include, The Oxford Saloon, Joyworks (a home decor shop), Top It Yogurt Shoppe and, of course, their own storefront Lamb & Co.

They’re Mirror Twins

Don’t let their very-different hairstyles fool you, these two aren’t fraternal. They’re mirror twins — identical twins whose features are matched as though they’re reflected in a mirror. This means birthmarks and dominant hands are, for example, on opposite sides.

The Longest They’ve Gone Without Talking Is a Day and a Half

“And it was the worst. Like really, really bad,” the twins wrote in their blog. They obviously have a super-strong connection that, according to them, has only gotten deeper as they’ve aged.

They’re Boy Moms

They have four sons between the two of them. Lyndsay has one, and Leslie has three.

Their Zodiac Sign Is Aries

These two certainly have a competitive edge (if you watched Rock the Block season 3, you get it) — so we aren't surprised to discover Lyndsay and Leslie are both fire signs. And, in true designer fashion, the two not only celebrate their birthday on April 4, but also the anniversary of their Lamb and Co. store opening.
